This Privacy Policy explains how at999 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and applicable PAGCOR licensing requirements.
Six core principles guide the way at999 handles every piece of personal information entrusted to us by Filipino players.
at999 only collects personal data that is strictly necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data for its own sake. If we don't need it to operate your account safely and legally, we don't ask for it.
All personal data stored on at999 systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data transmitted between your device and at999 servers is protected by TLS 1.3 (256-bit SSL). Your KYC documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments separate from operational databases.
Under Republic Act No. 10173, Filipino players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data. at999 honours all lawful data subject requests within the timeframes prescribed by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You are always in control of your data.
at999 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, or with service providers under strict data processing agreements that prohibit unauthorised use.
at999 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine law. Transaction records are retained for five (5) years in compliance with AML regulations. KYC documents are retained for the same period post-account closure.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses risk to affected individuals, at999 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.
