2.1 Age Requirement. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. at999 actively employs age-verification measures and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The at999 Platform is licensed to operate in and directed at the Philippine market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the at999 Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) at999 Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Registration Information. When registering an at999 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. at999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
2.5 KYC Verification. Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory for all at999 Players and is a prerequisite for accessing withdrawal functionality. 21+ Restriction
at999 takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings from underage accounts will be paid out under any circumstances.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at999 Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. at999 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify at999 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account. at999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was caused by your failure to maintain credential security, including sharing passwords or failing to secure your registered device.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An at999 Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. at999 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive account balances following written notice to the Player's registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
3.4 Account Verification Requests. at999 reserves the right to request identity, source-of-funds, or other verification documentation at any time, including during routine audits, unusual transaction reviews, or at PAGCOR's direction. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account restriction or closure.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on the at999 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). at999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Player's responsibility.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. at999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timelines: GCash and Maya within 30 minutes to 24 hours; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days. at999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Source. at999 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment source used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, where technically feasible. at999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000.
4.6 Dormant Balance Withdrawal. Players may request withdrawal of dormant account balances at any time by contacting at999 support and completing any required verification. Dormant account administrative fees will not be charged retroactively beyond the balance available at the time of withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering
at999 complies with the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments, as well as applicable PAGCOR AML guidelines. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are prohibited from using at999 for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. at999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds if it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of award will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. at999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

10.3 Limitation on Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at999's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their at999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Excluded Losses. at999 shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game RTP estimates; or losses caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service outages.
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by at999 is governed by the at999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your at999 Account at any time by submitting a written request to at999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification, provided no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
12.2 Suspension or Closure by at999. at999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where: the Account holder is found to be a Prohibited Person; the Account is associated with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; at999 is required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority; or at999 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.
13.1 Right to Amend. at999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. at999 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have exhausted at999's internal dispute process and remain dissatisfied may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
