at999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. The at999 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. at999 actively employs age-verification measures and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The at999 Platform is licensed to operate in and directed at the Philippine market. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the at999 Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and operate only one (1) at999 Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Registration Information. When registering an at999 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. at999 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.5 KYC Verification. Completion of KYC identity verification is mandatory for all at999 Players and is a prerequisite for accessing withdrawal functionality. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS card, or Philippine passport) and a live selfie for identity matching. at999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC is completed to its satisfaction.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at999 Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. at999 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify at999 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account. at999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was caused by your failure to maintain credential security, including sharing passwords or failing to secure your registered device.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An at999 Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. at999 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive account balances following written notice to the Player's registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

3.4 Account Verification Requests. at999 reserves the right to request identity, source-of-funds, or other verification documentation at any time, including during routine audits, unusual transaction reviews, or at PAGCOR's direction. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on the at999 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). at999 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. at999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and at999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited on the same business day if initiated during standard Philippine banking hours. at999 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose charges for which at999 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timelines: GCash and Maya within 30 minutes to 24 hours; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days. at999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Source. at999 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment source used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, where technically feasible. at999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000.

4.6 Dormant Balance Withdrawal. Players may request withdrawal of dormant account balances at any time by contacting at999 support and completing any required verification. Dormant account administrative fees will not be charged retroactively beyond the balance available at the time of withdrawal request.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by at999 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are disclosed in full on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. at999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds if it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of award will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. at999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.5 Eligibility. at999 reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to particular player segments, deposit methods, or game categories. at999 may decline to award a bonus where it determines at its sole discretion that the offer was claimed in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the at999 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any at999 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. at999 is not responsible for bets placed by Players who have not familiarised themselves with the relevant game rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on the at999 Platform specifies minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager. at999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interrupted session, the relevant game round is void. Bets placed during a voided round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. at999's determination of a malfunction is final and binding. at999 is not liable for losses arising from incomplete game rounds caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Incomplete Rounds. If a Player's internet connection is interrupted mid-round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic on the server side. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's Wallet updated accordingly when connectivity is restored. at999 recommends that Players use stable internet connections to minimise the risk of session interruptions.

6.5 Fairness & RNG Certification. All at999 slot and RNG table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physically observable dealing and wheel-spin processes streamed in real time. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the most recent audit period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. at999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1;
• Registering more than one Account or opening an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 or any other applicable Philippine law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in games, the cashier, or any other part of the Platform — for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting bugs must be returned to at999;
• Colluding with other Players or employees of at999 to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform in any manner that interferes with other Players' experience or the normal operation of at999's systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at at999 staff or other Players via any at999 channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account.

8.1 at999 Commitment. at999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices on its Platform in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. at999 offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from the Player's account settings, designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all at999 Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over specified time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable maximum session durations with mandatory logout enforcement;
• Reality Checks: On-screen reminders at user-defined intervals displaying elapsed session time and net gaming activity;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Account suspension for periods from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Effect. Players who activate self-exclusion will be denied access to the at999 Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. at999 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded Players do not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.4 Minor Protection. at999 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Players who share devices with minors are strongly advised to use password-protected login at all times and to keep access credentials strictly confidential. at999 recommends the use of parental control software on any device accessible to minors.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the at999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of at999 or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited Licence. at999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicence, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any at999 Platform content.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party software providers are subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. at999 licenses game content and does not represent that it holds ownership over third-party game assets. Players accessing game content do so subject to any terms imposed by the relevant game provider as communicated within the game interface.

10.1 Service Availability. at999 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, telecommunications failures, or events beyond at999's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. at999 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties. The at999 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. at999 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.3 Limitation on Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at999's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their at999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Excluded Losses. at999 shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate game RTP estimates; or losses caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service outages.

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by at999 is governed by the at999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the at999 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at at999.co/privacy-policy.

11.2 Regulatory Disclosures. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, at999 is required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law (including Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and Republic Act No. 9160) to disclose Player information to regulatory and law enforcement authorities upon lawful request. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of confidentiality obligations.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your at999 Account at any time by submitting a written request to at999 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification, provided no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by at999. at999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where: the Account holder is found to be a Prohibited Person; the Account is associated with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; at999 is required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority; or at999 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account closure.

13.1 Right to Amend. at999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the at999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections and clarifications) may take effect immediately.

13.3 Version History. The current effective date of these Terms is set out in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to at999 support.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

14.2 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the at999 Platform, service, or a game outcome, you should first submit a written complaint to at999 support at support@at999.co. at999 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through at999's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. at999 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the dispute resolution process in Sections 14.2 and 14.3, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the at999 Platform.

15.1 Customer Support. at999 Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Players may contact support via the live chat function on the Platform or by emailing support@at999.co. Support is provided in English and Filipino.

15.2 Formal Notices. Any formal legal notices or written complaints relating to these Terms must be submitted in English to support@at999.co with the subject line "Formal Notice — Terms & Conditions." at999 will acknowledge receipt of formal notices within two (2) business days.

15.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the at999 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and at999 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
